Romancing the Bean
A charming Coffeehouse/Café (where everybody knows your
name) opened late September 2005. Offerings include specialty coffee
and tea drinks, mouth watering homemade baked goods (baked daily), breakfast,
lunch and dinner!
Large variety of bulk coffee beans and teas. Retail items and custom gift
baskets also available.

NOTE: After building hours, an access card is needed to enter the
building, to enter the elevator lobby in the parking garage, and to take the
elevator to any level except the main lobby.

Tenants: An access card will admit a car to the Hayden Ferry Lakeside
parking garage every hour of every day, free of charge. During building hours,
reserved spaces can be occupied only by the designated tenant.

Metered parking in front of the
building was designed for short-term use by visitors, including messengers and
delivery services. The parking meters are managed and maintained by DTC Traffic
and enforced by the Tempe Police Department—not by Hayden Ferry Lakeside
Property Management.
